Existing patients please book with your doctor, One email can be used for multiple patients, please state the name of patient/health card in the notes and or why the visit (complete (2-10 minutes, form 2-10minutes, refill or concern 10 minutes). Please note we reserve the right to change your appointment due to time constraints of the visit you want, you will receive a text notification of the changes. If that time is not acceptable please call and arrange another time.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before appointment times to allow for check-in.
We confirm only 20 min appointments. You must cancel your appointment within 24 hrs of appointment date. Cancellations can be made by leaving a message @306.352.2299, select option 2.
If you miss your appointment with no notice, you are deemed a No Show. You will be personally charged the fee of the service that was to be provided. The fee must be paid before re-booking.
Ultrasounds/Xrays/Blood - Are now booked by Prairie Imaging. We fax your requisition to them and they arrange the time. If time is not suitable for any of the booking please call the facility your arranging the time with. Thank-you
Prescription refills - We do not fill prescriptions without an appointment. Please book an appointment to have your prescription renewed.
Labs - no news is good news. Our doctors review labs daily, and will advise the front staff of booking to consult on labs if necessary. The result can only be discussed with the doctor. If you like to discuss your result, please book an appointment.

This tool will determine if you require further testing and give recommendations. You can also call 811 and speak to a nurse screener.
The Clinic will remain open during the pandemic. If any of our doctors are forced to self isolate at home or are well enough to work at home while recovering we will be providing telephone appointments. Book your appointment with your physician and if it is a telephone appointment the staff will notify you. Please make sure we have your current phone number.
Please DO NOT first present to the clinic if you have a new onset of temp >38 degrees, new cough, muscle aches or exposure to a known person with Covid.
